Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your TABIN paid subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal charges — you will not be billed for the next cycle.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. This means you keep access to paid features (cloud sync, collaboration) through the period you have already paid for.
After the billing period ends, your account transitions to the free local-only mode. Your locally stored data remains available. Cloud-stored data is handled according to our Privacy Policy retention practices.
2. Restoring a Scheduled Cancellation
If you have cancelled but your subscription has not yet reached the end of its billing period, you may be able to resume the subscription before it fully terminates. This prevents the cancellation from taking effect at the next renewal.
Look for the resume option in the extension's billing or subscription settings, or contact support for assistance.
3. Refunds
[REFUND POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED]
The refund policy is being finalized. Once confirmed, this section will describe:
- Whether refunds are available and under what conditions
- Any applicable refund window (for example, within a certain number of days of a charge)
- How to request a refund
- How refunds are processed (back to the original payment method)
Until the final refund terms are published, please contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with any billing questions.
4. How to Cancel
- Within the extension: Use the subscription or billing settings to cancel your plan.
- Through support: Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and include your account email.
Cancellation requests are processed as soon as practicable. If you cancel near a renewal date, the renewal may still process if the request is received after the billing cycle has begun.
