2. Accounts

The free local-only mode does not require an account. Cloud sync, collaboration, and paid features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use TABIN for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, alter, or damage systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension except as permitted by law
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service
• Share your account credentials with others in violation of the plan terms

4. Free and Paid Plans

TABIN offers a free local-only tier and paid plans with cloud sync and collaboration. Plan features, limits (such as tab limits), and pricing are described within the extension and may change. The free tier stores data locally and does not require an account.

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the extension or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You may retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy for details.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the tab URLs, titles, and other content you save in TABIN. You are responsible for ensuring your use of saved content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your saved content.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. Cloud features depend on third-party services (Supabase, Stripe) whose availability we do not control.

10. Intellectual Property

TABIN, including its logo, design, and software, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary content.

11. Termination

You may stop using TABIN at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your cloud data may be deleted subject to our retention practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability
